1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Rentango ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rentango is a property management platform that connects landlords, tenants, and staff. It provides tools for maintenance request tracking, tenant communication, AI-assisted responses, and building management.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
Upload content that is harmful, misleading, or violates any third-party rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Rentango charges US $10.00 per active unit per month (USD), based on the number of units in your building. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required to start.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rentango is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
