We automatically collect certain usage data such as log files, device information, and how you interact with the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Rentango platform
  • To send transactional emails (maintenance updates, invitations, notifications)
  • To power the AI assistant with building-specific context you provide
  • To process payments via our third-party payment processor (Stripe)
  • To respond to your support requests and communications

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

  • Supabase — our database and authentication infrastructure
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Anthropic — AI responses to tenant questions (building context only, no personal data)

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We use industry-standard security practices and infrastructure built on SOC 2 compliant providers.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at nick@rentango.ca. Account deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
